What Is Arya Samaj Marriage?

Both parties must be capable of giving valid consent to the marriage. Neither party should suffer from a mental condition of the kind specified under Section 5 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955.

4. Prohibited Relationship

The parties must not be within the degrees of prohibited relationship, unless their custom or usage permits such a marriage.

5. Sapinda Relationship

The parties must not be sapindas of each other, unless their custom or usage permits such a marriage.

Documents Required for Arya Samaj Marriage

The following documents are generally required by an Arya Samaj Mandir for solemnizing a marriage.
